COURSE PROGRAMME: Legislative system; supervisory bodies; subjects; delegation of functions; civil, criminal and administrative liability; models to organize and handle safety; documents management; tools and criteria to assess risks; prevention and protection measures, relational competences, role awareness, the importance of training, information, education; work group and conflicts management, consultation and participation of the workers’ representatives for safety in the in the workplace.
